Core Release Series:
This series of workshops is everything to do with somatic awareness, core release, gentle movement, lots of lying down, getting in tune with your body, listening, feeling and moving respectfully. You will improve your range of movement, free up your spine, neck, hips and have the perfect set of 'exercises' to do in your own home. Not strenuous but certainly freeing the body and the breath. It's a delicious way to spend an afternoon!
This is not a Qigong class per se but will give you some valuable insights into how to work with your body within your Qigong practise!
The cost is £30 per class and if you sign up for all 3 classes there is a £15 reduction. Perfect for people who want to repeat who have come before and for those of you who are new to this work.
This session has been well received and so many people have expressed how much they have got out of this very simple set of techniques to release tension and stress, to find alignment in the body and more. Excellent for those of you that have back issues! This is so easy, pleasing and nurturing that everyone should know about it!
